The City of Duluth welcomes your business to our community. Every business in the City must apply for an Occupational Tax Certificate and renew it annually. Annual licenses expire on January 30th of each year, and are considered on-time if renewed no later than April 30th.
Renewal letters for 2017 Occupational Tax Certificates were mailed by December 30, 2016. PENALTIES WILL BE ADDED ON MAY 1ST. LATE NOTICES WILL GO OUT ON MAY 8TH AND THE COMPLIANCE DIVISION WILL BE ISSUING NOTICES OF VIOLATION AND/OR CITATIONS. Fillable forms will be available once again for the 2017 renewal season. To help you navigate the forms, use your mouse to hover over a field for tips on what type of information to fill in. Once complete, the forms need to be printed, signed and notarized prior to submission. Should you encounter any difficulties, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
