It is the mission of the Court to ensure that due process of law and fundamental fairness are afforded to all who appear before the Court, and that customer service by administrative staff is given the highest priority.

The Court will continue to emphasize public awareness and education, through the development of a more detailed website and informational brochures for users.

The Court will continue to examine, refine, and further develop, as appropriate, its procedures, so that the Court may be administered in the most efficient and businesslike manner.
