Rules and Policies
Indoor Reservation Request Form
- Functions that serve alcohol - according to the rules and regulations are required to hire security. For groups of 1-200 people, one City of Duluth Police officer is required. For groups more than 300, two officers are required.
- Attendant Fees to include setup/cleanup are required. Rental times indicated must include one hour for set up and one hour for cleanup. Additional fees will be assessed to renters who begin early or are on the premises longer than the scheduled reservation time. Attendants are based on the type of event and number of attendees. Generally we schedule one attendant per 50 people. The number of attendants will vary based on type of event in which parks personnel will determine.
