Language Translation
Thank you for using the City of Duluth website. As an additional way to facilitate the use of the city website, we use a translation service. The translate button is located in the top banner of this site. The translation service is a machine-translation technology that will automatically translate Duluth’s website into the selected language in a cost-effective and practical manner. However, the service is not perfect, and the machine-generated website translations may or may not effectively convert the intended design, meaning, and/or context of the website. Therefore, the translation may not be entirely correct with the website content or consider certain regional language differences. Additionally, the translation service only applies to dynamic content, and as a result, images and PDF content may not be translated. As the content of this site originated in English, the English version is the authoritative version of the City’s website content. Any person who uses the translation service does so at that person’s own risk and accepts the legal implications of any shortcomings or differences in translation. The City is not responsible for any damages, costs, liability, or risk associated with any use, functionality, and/or content of the website translations. There are links on the Duluth website that take you to Internet websites that are maintained separately and independently from the city. These links are being provided as a convenience and for informational purposes only; they do not constitute an endorsement or approval by the City of Duluth of any of the products, services or opinions of the corporation, organization, or individual.
