The Duluth Economic Development Department provides a wide array of information and free, confidential services to help American and international businesses locate or expand commercial operations in the City of Duluth. All Duluth Economic Development services are available at no cost:
- Identifying possible real estate locations in the city for new or expanding commercial businesses and providing market research information.
- Providing information about the City of Duluth's commercial zoning processes.
Business Counseling
Duluth Economic Development provides business-counseling services through an arrangement with SCORE, a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration. SCORE is a nationwide, non-profit volunteer association with over 12,000 retired and active business owners and executives. SCORE provides one-on-one counseling, low-cost business-related workshops and FREE house calls to your business location to conduct business reviews. The Atlanta area chapter has expert volunteer members to assist you.
SCORE Counselors are available Gwinnett County to assist you.
