Warrants

If you fail to appear on your scheduled court date, a bench warrant may be issued for your arrest. The Department of Driver Services may be notified and your license may be suspended. Failure to Appear warrants must be cleared before you can obtain the necessary paperwork to clear your license suspension with the Department of Driver Services.

Failure to Appear warrants may be cleared through the clerk's office, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, except on holidays. The clerk's office is located at 3276 Buford Highway, Duluth, GA 30096

In order to obtain information on how to clear a warrant issued through the Duluth Municipal Court, please contact our warrant staff via e-mail at courts@duluthga.net or by calling 678.512.3783 or 678.512.3703. It is highly advised that you contact the warrant staff before appearing in our office. Doing so without the full amount of the warrant may result in your arrest.

Probation Warrants are cleared through the probation company. If you have an active probation warrant please get in touch with SouthEast Corrections, LLC at 770.622.0451. They are located at 3195 Buford Highway, Suite 2, Duluth, GA 30096.

How to have someone released from jail: You must either bond out or wait for the inmate to have a video conference in our court. Video conferences from the jail are done on Mondays.
