It is never too late to start working out again. This class will improve your heart, stretch muscles, and get your body moving. This class is geared for people 50 and over.

Yoga for Seniors
Increase your flexibility, mobility and balance using poses, breathing techniques and props in this class for adults over 50. Chairs will be available to be used for support while sitting or standing. You can choose between Tuesday or Thursday, or you can take BOTH Tuesday and Thursday classes.

Calling those 50+! Come join us for Spring Bingo and Senior Luncheon at Bunten Road Park on April 14, 2022 at 11am. Cost is $5 for City of Duluth Residents and $8 for Non-City Residents. Reservations are required, please call 770.814.6981 to make your reservations, spots are limited!

Join us the 4th Wednesday of each month for Book Club at Bunten Road Park. Catering towards those 50+, Book Club will meet at 2:30pm. There is no charge to join book club but reservation is required!
