City Projects
In an effort to keep the citizens of Duluth informed about progress within the City, we will place updates for construction projects throughout the City Limits. Capital projects being completed by the City will be updated with photos, schedules and budgets. Private developments throughout the City will also be highlighted here. While it is not likely that every permit will be placed on this page, but large commercial building permits, new subdivisions and large redevelopments will be posted here to keep you as informed as we can.
