DUE TO THE RECENT HEALTH SITUATION - COVID-19, AND TO HELP REDUCE THE TRANSMISSION OF THE VIRUS, OUR RECORDS DEPARTMENT HAS IMPLEMENTED SOME CHANGES. TO HELP THE PUBLIC IN NEED OF POLICE REPORT COPIES, PLEASE SEE BELOW.

REPORTS: Please email: RECORDS@DULUTHPD.COM for a copy of a report. In the email, please include your NAME and the POLICE/ACCIDENT NUMBER associated with the report. (You may still request and pickup your report in person at the Duluth Police Department)

Police Reports

Copies of police reports may be obtained in person at the Duluth Police Department Records Department Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Police reports are generally available within 5-7 business days.

Accident Reports: $5 per copy (*Free, if named in report)
Incident Reports: $.10 per page (*Free, if named in report)
Video: $10.00
911 Tapes: $10.00
